1. Delivery Time Window
- We deliver between 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, every day.
- Orders are delivered on the selected date, based on your weekly or monthly order plan.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the package during this time.
- Order will be delivered within 1 business day
2. Delivery Area
- Currently, we deliver only within Madurai city limits.
- Please verify availability of delivery to your area before placing the order.
3. Delivery Schedule & Order Cutoff
- Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 6:00 PM the previous day.
- You will receive a confirmation once your order is successfully placed and scheduled.
4. Missed Deliveries
We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to:
- Wrong delivery address provided
- Recipient not available during delivery hours (7 AM – 11 AM)
- Inaccessible delivery location
If a delivery is missed due to the above reasons, it will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
5. Packaging
- All meals are packed hygienically and safely to retain freshness.
- We recommend consuming the food within the suggested time frame mentioned on the package.
6. Shipping Charges
- Delivery is free within applicable delivery zones.
- We reserve the right to charge extra for long-distance or special delivery requests.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please report it within 24 hours along with photos.
- We will review and issue a refund, deducting the value of any consumed product.
